Rules & Eligibility:

How MemoryFox March Madness works:

Step 1: Fill out the March Madness Application. Our team reviews to assess your eligibility. Applicants will not be accepted if they do not meet eligibility requirements. Slots are limited to the first 64 accepted applicants.

Step 2: Once accepted, participants must attend a Community Demo. You must register for your community demo by March 17th to be eligible. Alternatively, participants can complete a 1-on-1  demo with Danielle Miano if requested.

Step 3: Following Selection Sunday, participants will be randomly assigned to a March Madness team on Monday, March 16th. You will be notified via email. Follow your team to see how far you progress!

Prizes:

• Grand Prize: The participant matched with the WINNER of the March Madness tournament will receive a FREE 12 month Starter Membership (or a $1,188 value toward a Growth or Campfire membership).
  
• All other March Madness participants will receive a 10% donation back when they become a MemoryFox Storyteller at the Growth or Campfire level.
• The fun doesn’t end there! Stay tuned for secret codes and special deals as the tournament progresses.

Eligibility:

• Participants must work in the social good sector (nonprofit, foundation and/or agency that works with nonprofits). 
• Participants cannot be a current MemoryFox storyteller.
• Participants cannot have completed a MemoryFox 1-on-1 demo with Danielle Miano in 2026.
• Participants must have a website.
• Participants must be based in the United States or Canada.
• An organization may only be represented once in March Madness. 
• Participants must attend a community demo, watch a community demo recording or complete a 1-on-1 MemoryFox demo with Danielle Miano to be deemed eligible to win the grand prize.

MemoryFox reserves the right to make exceptions to the above eligibility upon application review.
